Lawrence A. Ragone, Jr., President
Lawrence A. Ragone Jr. is an accomplished professional serving as President of Lawrence Ragone Associates, LLC, a community planning and development consulting firm he has led since its founding in 1986. His firm has been engaged to advise on planning and zoning matters, formulate and design land-use strategies and plans, as well as participate as a stakeholder and partner in a variety of urban, residential, and commercial projects, including several of the most significant and successful planned residential and mixed-use developments in the region. He is a qualified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey, and a member of the American Planning Association (APA). Larry served on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts. He has also previously served as President of the Sons of Italy, Cherry Hill Lodge, and as a Trustee of the New Jersey State Sons of Italy. He actively blends professional expertise with civic-minded leadership, upholding the Ragone family’s deep ties to community development and public service. Larry is also an accomplished guitarist, bassist, and keyboardist in South Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.

Ellen S. Ragone, Secretary
Ellen S. Ragone is Principal of Ragone DeLong Communications, a full service marketing agency. She has served as Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Communications for both regional and national law firms. Before these positions, Ellen worked for several national non-profits. Volunteering time is very important to Ellen, including being a member of the Haddonfield Lions. She is also currently Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the Female Hebrew Benevolent Society and on the Communications Committee for Philanos, a national organization working to advance women's collective giving to strengthen communities. She has also managed campaigns in two elections for Judges in Philadelphia.

MaryAnn Ragone DeLambily, MAS, MPH, Treasurer
MaryAnn Ragone DeLambily brings over 30 years of experience in vision care, development, and fundraising within the non-profit sector. Her career began at the South Jersey Eye Center—founded by her father, Dr. Lawrence Ragone—where she served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. For nearly 25 years, she led a primary care vision clinic, a low vision center, and a children’s eye screening program, ensuring early detection and intervention for vision issues in school-aged children.
She has held key roles throughout her career, including serving as the Northeast Representative for Plusoptix, where she promoted pediatric vision screening technology, and as Director of Development and Communications for AltruVision – A Lions Eye Bank in Philadelphia, supporting vision-saving cornea transplant initiatives. She currently serves as Director of The Blindness and Low Vision Services Center (BLVSC) at Bestwork Industries for the Blind, overseeing adult vision screenings and assistive technology services for the low vision community.
Her service with Lions Clubs International spans nearly three decades. She has served as President of the Camden Lions Club, District Governor, and currently serves as Council Chair for New Jersey Multiple District 16. She is also a past President of the Cherry Hill Enrico Fermi Lodge of the Sons and Daughters of Italy.

Gina M. Borucki
Gina M. Borucki recently retired after a distinguished 37-year career teaching 2nd grade at Osage Elementary School in Voorhees, New Jersey. During her tenure, she served on the Social Committee and acted as the Osage Parent Faculty (OPF) liaison to staff. A lifelong resident of Marlton, Gina is deeply involved in her faith community at St. Joan of Arc Parish, where she serves as Chairperson of the Parish Pastoral Council, Co-chairperson of the Welcome Committee, and is active in the Greeters Ministry and Jubilee Committee. She has been married to Joe Borucki for 30 years and is the proud mother of two sons, Michael and Matthew.

Shereen C. Chen Gray
Shereen C. Chen Gray, the owner of Chen Gray Law located in Marlton, NJ, concentrates her practice exclusively on immigration and nationality law. Her clients include professional athletes, opera stars, religious leaders, high net worth investors, health care employees, corporations, golf courses and resorts, along with nonprofit organizations, including temples
and shrines across the U.S. Shereen frequently speaks on business immigration issues before human resource departments, trade groups and bar associations. Shereen is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (B.A. 1993) and the Rutgers University School of Law- Camden (J.D. 1996). Born in Taipei, Taiwan, and immigrated to the U.S., she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. -
Raymond M. Giunta
Raymond M. Giunta is Managing Partner at Baratz & Associates, P.A., a firm he co- founded in 1982. Ray specializes in financial planning, tax strategy, estate and investment planning, and lifestyle advisory services. He is known for building long-term relationships with closely held businesses and individuals through his depth of expertise and attentive, personalized service. Ray is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a registered representative with FINRA, holding Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, and is licensed in life, accident, health, and variable insurance through the New Jersey Division of Banking and Insurance.
An active member of his profession and community, Ray is affiliated with the AICPA, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. He has held leadership roles in several local organizations, including serving as past president of the Order Sons of Italy in America, Lodge 2567, and the Pinelands Rotary Club. He currently serves as a trustee of the Paraklesis Charitable Trust.

Ranjoo Prasad, OD
Ranjoo Prasad, OD is an optometrist practicing Low Vision Rehabilitation for over 27 years. She is the Director of Low Vision Services at the Wills Eye Hospital and a staff optometrist at the Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, West Philadelphia. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Visionlink , and an advisory board member of Gift of Life, Howie's House, and Bestwork Industries For The Blind.

Dominic Pucci
Dominic Pucci is a retired business professional with over 30 years of experience at Xerox Corporation, where he worked from January 1981 until his retirement in August 2011. Deeply committed to community service and cultural heritage, Dominic has been an active member of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy, Alighieri–Garibaldi Lodge 494 since 1995, serving as Lodge President from 1998 to 2000. He later held leadership at the state level as President of the New Jersey Grand Lodge from April 2013 to April 2015, overseeing a membership of over 2,500 individuals. Under his leadership, the organization supported national and state charities, advanced social justice initiatives, and funded a successful scholarship program.
Dominic has also served at the national level of OSDIA, contributed to the National Foundation and the Garibaldi-Meucci Museum in Staten Island, and supported local efforts such as the Parent to Parent grassroots substance abuse organization. In his hometown of Marlton, NJ, he has volunteered to deliver Thanksgiving and Easter meals as part of local business initiatives.
